Who's Pickling

Terms of Use

Effective June 29, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Cumbers Holding LLC for using the Who's Pickling app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Who's Pickling

You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Community guidelines & acceptable use

Who's Pickling has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Accounts that violate these rules can be removed.

You agree to:

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
Post no objectionable, abusive, or illegal content — zero tolerance.
Block and report anyone who crosses the line. We review reports and remove abusive accounts.
Not impersonate others, spam, scrape, or misuse the app or other players' information.

We may review reported content and remove content or accounts that violate these terms, and we aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (such as messages and profile details). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the app. You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Meeting other players

Who's Pickling helps you find games and meet other players in person. Use good judgment and normal caution when meeting people you don't know. You are responsible for your own safety; we don't verify users or vet courts, and we aren't responsible for interactions that happen off the app.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the community, the app, or others.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cumbers Holding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the “Effective” date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app.
